SkyView Igloo Resort Expands

50 Luxury Igloos, Arctic Spa & New Restaurant Experience

SkyView Igloo Resort is entering a new phase of growth.

Following a successful first season, the resort is expanding significantly for the 2026–2027 winter season – introducing new high-end facilities and increasing capacity to meet the demand of the international luxury travel market.

A New Level of Arctic Luxury

The expansion will bring the total number of SkyView igloos to 50 exclusive two-story units.

Each igloo is designed to offer a fully private and immersive Arctic experience, combining comfort, design, and nature. Every unit includes a private sauna, outdoor jacuzzi, and a panoramic 360° glass dome bedroom overlooking the surrounding Lapland landscape.

A New Main Building – The Heart of the Resort

At the center of the expansion is a new 650 m² main building, designed to bring together guest services, social spaces, and a premium dining experience.

The building will feature reception and concierge services, curated lounge areas, and a 75-seat high-end restaurant – creating a natural gathering point for guests while maintaining the privacy of the igloo experience.

Restaurant “Aura”

Located within the main building, Restaurant Aura introduces a Nordic–Asian fusion concept developed in collaboration with Finnish top chef Tomi Björck.

The restaurant is designed as a destination in itself – offering a refined culinary experience that combines Arctic ingredients, international influence, and a unique atmosphere.

Arctic Spa “Culta”

The expansion also introduces Arctic Spa Culta – a premium spa experience designed to serve up to approximately 140 guests per day while maintaining an exclusive feel.

The spa includes a rooftop panoramic sauna, a heated infinity pool with views over the surrounding fells, a cold plunge pool, experience showers, and a relaxation lounge with fireplace.

Seamless Experiences On-Site

A dedicated Safari House will be located at the resort, allowing guests to access all activities directly on-site.

From aurora hunting and husky safaris to reindeer experiences and private excursions, everything is designed to be seamless, curated, and easily accessible.
